Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific packaging instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your joinery items in their original protective timber crates or cardboard packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our workshop.
Schedule Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized courier service to collect the heavy goods from your property at a time that suits your schedule.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Upon arrival at our facility, our master joiners will inspect the item. Approved returns will be processed for a full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
